The training was very effective, I personally participated in evacuating residents which was fun and knowledgeable. Now I’m fully confident and can handle the situation in future. All thanks to Alun.
Trainer is very good, inclusive, supportive and helpful, he patiently explained and answered questions about everything and he educated us about things we had no knowledge about especially about fire starters, chemical reactions and how to put out fires. He taught us safety first as well.
It was really good, nice and interactive the practical was quite interesting.
