The trainer seems to know his subject very well. He made understand fire procedures better than I ever. I can now handle a fire emergency effectively. He's give me confidence
Course was delivered in a straightforward, easy to understand format. Course content was relevant to my workplace. Hands on use of extinguishers confidence building.
Very thorough training, I feel confident using various fire extinguishers for the different types of fire it may be. Added humour made it more enjoyable.

I like that the course includes the practical part as you get to see/use fire equipment in action rather than just being told how to use it. The instructor was very informative and used real life experiences which I liked. He was happy to answer any questions that I had and was very friendly
