Allen is very calm and detailed, he made the training fun and easy to understand. I enjoyed it and I think I am confident, if I am faced with a fire incidence.

Great engagement, explained very well and to the point. Everyone had a go at the fire extinguisher fun, and feel more confident on using it (hopefully never!)
