The course was effective, I understand what is required of me in case of a fire. The instructor was very clear in his explanation and demonstration. The practical aspect was well taught.

The course is an eye opener for real,it was informative and Allan was so helpful and lovely,he was so great.

Gareth was a good teacher and funny Enjoyed the lesson

Gareth is Excellent trainer, to be honest better than last year training.

No additional comments, training was good and refreshed a lot of information from the previous. I prefer the 2 hour format (Shorter course) Alan was great.
