The course was really good. The delivery was informative and to the point. I felt engaged and entertained and we also had an opportunity to use the fire equipment! I really enjoyed the training! It was great!

The training was very well executed and the trainer Alun was fabulous in his teaching and ensured we understood well and took part in the practical bit.

Very easy to understand when it comes to fire safety. Very professional trainer Mr Alun made the training easy and light hearted which helped to absorb all the information.

I would say to have videos that demonstrate the entire process of a fire within a care home.
