I’m the register manager to the home at Ty Bevan the course has been conducted very well by the trainer. All staff enjoyed the course Carl and Gareth has been fantastic throughout. My team will take a lot from the course and put this into practice in future

Excellent. Obviously being a former firefighter Neil was very knowledgable but he brought the course down to our level and made sure we understood everything. Very friendly man. The practical part of the course really made a difference.
