I really enjoyed the session

I love how Lucy delivers her sessions, she is very approachable, is a great listener as she can respond to every question with knowledge. She makes me feel relaxed during the sessions without feeling pressured to answer questions

The teacher was extremely patient and understanding, the session was very useful and I learnt a lot of new information. The teacher Natalie provided many resources of mental health service and we watched videos to show how to do different techniques to regulate stress. The teacher was very welcoming and made the session very engaging and interesting
