The course improved massively, once we were given a well prepared teacher. The first few weeks were unorganised, erratic and rushed.
The technology let us down 2 days out of 3 we were unable to use the IT for slides and video
Both Claire and Alan made the course interesting and enjoyable to learn and understand about Customer Service.
Tutor presented the course clearly and made it so everyone understood what was being taught.overall tutor and course was very good.
