I would rate the course as very good. It was informative, relevant, and has prepared me well for working in a care environment. Communication with the trainer was excellent, and support was always available when needed. I was also able to easily schedule online meetings around my work commitments.

I found the course very helpfull and informitive. We covered Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and Prevent process.
