Various topics were mentioned and looked into with depth which made the group work interesting and engaging. The teacher was fun, professional and caring which brought a lot of comfort and it helped keeping interested in the course. I would advise people to do this course to improve their knowledge on costumer service. In general the course is interesting and challenging and it does bring good knowledge of the topic and it definitely prepares you for the future.

I have enjoyed the session and Liam's approach and his enthusiasm for the subject. I will definitely encourage my learners to attend Maths webinars and I will attend some myself as this will help me keep up to date with Maths so I can support my learners.

The session was engaging and practical, and it helped link theory to real assessing situations. I now feel more confident in understanding how to judge competence, particularly around having enough evidence and not relying on a single performance. It will support me when carrying out observations and professional discussions in practice. Ben is really helpful and easy to talk to, I look forward to apprenticeship days.
