Enjoyed learning about the difference between being a mentor and a coach, how to facilitate a coaching session and the characteristics of being a good mentor. Also, the benefits of being a mentor and having a mentor!

The teacher's explanations were very clear and easy to understand. The real-world examples she used made the material more relevant and engaging. I really enjoyed the group discussions and hearing different perspectives on various topics.

Unfortunately, I was the only learner present, but Liam made the most of the situation in the best possible way.
