Very interesting course

Well presented, looked at different style of writing and went through exams questions at the end.

i learned a lot in regards to body language, the way you speak, voice and such things like the glasses use which i never thought about in this role

Thank you for the induction Tracey made the experience great for me full of knowledge and easy to talk to and listened and seemed to understand me when I was trying to explain.

The venue is out of the way and makes it hard work to commute to on public transport.
