Good communication.well adversed in the subject matter.. without feeling self conscious. Being part of a group session.

Thought the course covered many areas which I didn't know about. The building was warm and comfortable to work in.

I was ill today so very quiet which is not like me but it was to be able to relax and take in the information and write on my note pad and been able given enough to do so , my tutor is very patient
