Found the module insightful. I always enjoy the questionnaires that tells us abit about our personalities and I enjoyed doing the "what's my style" one and finding out bits that I knew about myself and also bits that I didn't (didn't realise how analytical I actually was).
It is interesting to hear all these facts about our personalities and how we differ and how we interact. Once we understand each other better we are able to interact more effectively. I do need to look at my personal brand and have never thought of this before. I do also have some conflicts with these personality exercises i.e. i thought I was a different person but is helping me to develop myself. For that the course is very useful.

Really enjoyed the course and brought up some new learning i haven't seen in the various other modules/schemes.
The course was informative & served as a refresher on some subjects that I have covered before as well as adding some new insights.
Do the senior leadership do something similar as some of the 'negative' human traits discussed in the course I have seen in our 'leaders'. For the commitments, might be useful to have some examples to help people - these are behavioral which i personally find more difficult than lets say some sort delivery target.
I found it extremely thought provoking. The zoom chat was a little off putting as didn't work some of the time, Lot of people couldn't get connected along with me that is why I joined Vicky and Richard.
enjoyed the course very much however would much prefer it to be an "in person session" - interaction does not work online for me personally hence I was very pleased that the team in the St Neots office decided to set the course up together in a meeting room
