All parts of the training sessions were incredibly helpful, especially the practice with actors. There were very practical tips on how to structure challenging conversations and find mutual goal and agreement despite different perspectives.
I found the course very useful and look forward to future session. Moreover, I want to see us a SLT working more closely and engaging one another with confidence and integrity. Rav Jamgotre.
I am so pleased I attended as I wasn't a originally due to come. Lou is easily the most interactive trainer I have ever met! She is inspirational and always makes me feel I can challenge myself in everything I do. Great content, delivery and outcome.

Really good first session, loved the energy in the room especially in the working group sessions and pair work.
The course was useful overall as it got all of the SLT in one room but there were only a few who engaged verbally
