Louise was really engaging and upbeat which made the course really easy to listen to and engage with. Normally easy for the mind to wonder onto emails etc but I didn't get that and really made me thinking about what I could change to not only help the business but myself as a person in my own private life. Looking forward to the next session!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course today. Before this session I would have absolutely said I had quite a passive personality. When in actual fact I would like to think/ hope I have a me+you: Assertive manner. I was challenged to think about my behaviours throughout the course and have taken away many positives that I very much intend to apply both in and out of work. The course was relatable throughout and I really enjoyed taking part. I am looking forward to the next session

Very interesting course and good to refresh on points learnt on the MDP. Even with the technical difficulties the trainer kept us engaged and maintained a professional delivery.
