Really great course, very personable tutor. We would benefit from materials and extra materials she referenced during the course being sent on post the course. The team were really honest and involved. They all contributed greatly. The tutor gave great examples of situations which helped people think of their own
The course was really good, engaging, with examples, not a single boring moment - the only thing I would like added is maybe an additional day so that we can do more exercises and practice more.

Louise provided some great advise and knowledge. Very engaging course. I've learnt about negotiation and hope to use this material into my daily worklife and personal. Enjoyed the breakout room, the team activities and the role play. Great tips on how to interact and deal with situations.

Great course, very engaging, learned a lot and will try to apply the learnings to my day to day. The exercises are great as they put theory into practice and helping really take away some learning. Maybe in this course as well I would add a day so that we get more of a balance between theory and practice. The fact that the group was smaller in this occasion and we were interacting more helped me absorb more information.
I really enjoyed Lou's session on Influencing and Assertiveness, she explained each learning topic in a very understandable and relatable way. She was very engaging and subtly 'influenced' great participation from the group to speak in discussion breaks. I feel I understand more about myself in terms of the way I can manage my reactions and approach to conversations to ensure I am conveying the true meaning of my opinions. thank you Lou!
I attended the Assertiveness session, delivered by Lou. I felt it was delivered incredibly well, she conveys concepts and messages clearly and all of the exercises were well managed. I definitely feel i've had the opportunity to put the skills and strategies i have learnt during the course to use. The workbook is also very clear and easy to work through. I will definitely put these skills to use in my current role.
