I am so pleased I attended as I wasn't a originally due to come. Lou is easily the most interactive trainer I have ever met! She is inspirational and always makes me feel I can challenge myself in everything I do. Great content, delivery and outcome.

As ever Lou delivered the session expertly and shared her knowledge and insight into the business too

Really good first session, loved the energy in the room especially in the working group sessions and pair work.

The course was useful overall as it got all of the SLT in one room but there were only a few who engaged verbally

good course and engagement…. Some food for thought in how this group can move forward and own it
