Lou was a great trainer and really helped me to understand new techniques to use within my management style
Excellent module as usual. The exercises were very useful and relevant, particularly the coaching practice, which i found challenging but very rewarding.

Helpful in exploring real life situations. I do believe others in the business would really benifit in exploring this so we’re all working together. It’s interesting to think how these ways of working could really help the business/ people/ person. We could thrive

This was an excellent day. Possibly the best and most effective leadership workshop I've attended (and I've attended alot!) It is exactly what we needed and fit perfectly into the theme of the 2 days. It was thought provoking and energizing. Excellent for our new team!
