It was so helpful and insightful to have the advice on how to approach a difficult conversation I will have coming up, I will be thinking consciously and adapting how I approach this situation after this session
Session really enjoyable and very productive. Puts different spin on our every day and the way we work with people. It has been really good, and very safe environment to share our experiences. But... just joking :)
This module made me more aware of ways to communicate with others in a way they I’d beneficial to both parties and advocate my my assertiveness.
