Enjoyable and Very thought provoking, it is good to look at yourself and question what we do and how we approach situations

The training was extremely beneficial. Louise brought each slide to life and gave real life examples through out to add evidence to the learning. Louise encouraged the whole group to get involved and made it a comfortable safe learning environment.

I really appreciate the help because it has helped me to ask questions I wouldn’t normally have asked and some means as to how to address these concerns.

Lou Focus on group behaviour was very useful - forming, storming, etc. keep it in future courses please.

Opened my mind up to all sorts of things that I should have been doing. Gives me better understanding of how to process forward and get mist out of my staff. Things I never thought of doing has now made me think if how I can approve

I enjoyed the course and found it useful, enjoyable and accessible with little or no writing. As a fellow dyslexic, publicly writing feels me with horror. Various tools are much better. I would have liked printouts of all slides to allow me to note against slides, but you have offered to email, so not a big deal. Thank you for your time, knowledge and energy.
