I’m very grateful to Lou! She’s personally helped me recognise how I can grow from what I already have. Since completing this course my confidence has grown and I’m more comfortable in what I bring to my role and team. Lou is an inspiration to all who are afraid to take the next step. Great session from Lou. Both days flew by so quickly, which speaks highly as to how well-engaged Lou kept everybody. I've got a few subjects that I going to work on further, especially surrounding emotional intelligence, which will form part of my CPD. I can only say thank you Lou and I'll see you soon
Great training days, Louise was extremely knowledge especially as my working environment is not a typical environment that she deals with but was able to understand our point of view and challenge me in a way to promote better understanding and going forward has provided many lessons which I will take with me in my professional career.
