I think the business case session would have worked best if we had started with it or if it was separate as there were many key areas from this I would have loved to focus in on.

I really enjoyed the course, it made me think about how I did things in the past and how I hope to do things in the future.

Once again an incredible training session (both days). It has given me greater confidence delivering presentations. It has given me more knowledge on how to influence people in the right way, which will be extremely useful within my job. Lou delivered with her usual amount of energy and professionalism even though feeling under the weather. 10 out of 10
