Great session from Lou. Both days flew by so quickly, which speaks highly as to how well-engaged Lou kept everybody. I've got a few subjects that I going to work on further, especially surrounding emotional intelligence, which will form part of my CPD. I can only say thank you Lou and I'll see you soon

Great training days, Louise was extremely knowledge especially as my working environment is not a typical environment that she deals with but was able to understand our point of view and challenge me in a way to promote better understanding and going forward has provided many lessons which I will take with me in my professional career.

Another thoroughly enjoyable course used as an addition to the 4-day leadership course and extremely well presented by Lou and kept everyone participating and interested.

Lou is an outstanding trainer. I love her energy and enthusiasm towards her work. This output really aligns with the way I see my role and what I would like to achieve. There is never a dull moment and Lou chooses the right times to incorporate personal situations which may link in directly with the subject matter. I look forward to my next training course with Lou and feel I learn something new each time I am on one of her courses!
