Another really good chapter in the leadership course.
Thanks to the people who helped today, was good to have someone who understands the problems we face within the business and a true reflection of the conversations that result from our line of work.
Excellent course and the trainer was superb and covered so much during such a short time period. Very informative and I have definitely picked up some new techniques to support my approach to difficult conversations in the future
