Super session! What stood out to me was there was no grey areas left unspoken about by Louise Nicolaou. She tailors the session minute by minute so always keeping us engaged. Excellent day, well worth it. Hopefully will see Louise again! This training is embedded in us and i look forward to the future. Thanks Louise Nicolaou!
