I found the course really valuable, and Claire was fantastic throughout. She consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and engaged. The sessions were very interactive, giving us the opportunity to use our own initiative when answering questions, which made the learning experience even more rewarding.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. Brought up valid speaking points throughout the course that had everyone engaged. Really good to have a refresher every few years to get back into the mindset and continue my journey as a MHFA.

Steve was very very good and had lots of useful information that I will continue to use through my life. We watched some very good videos which helped me understand better. Steve was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I throughly enjoyed the course and look forward to training with Steve again
