Very well put together with clear topics and facts. Both Instructors worked very well together, presented well and engaged with us on all levels. Interesting discussions and relevant to the course. Overall a good and engaging experience.
Break out rooms were great - lots of discussions around the topic. Trainer was knowledgeable and approachable - he also gave good examples of how to apply this course to real life situations that we may face. Modules - I experienced some difficulty with the imputing of my answers - occasionally it moved onto the next question without me finishing my answer. Manual - I struggle with reading resources online so was a bit disappointed that I could not print out the materials needed. I will def be asking my line manager to put a request to order the manual :-) Many thanks for the training.
I’ve taken a lot from the course and it’s changed how I would approach things in the future
really enjoyed the Training and would lie to be considered Mental health First Aider within Hafod
Fantastic course very good group exercises during the course.
I enjoyed the course and I think jaqui has been a very good instructor
Didn't know what to expect on the course but I found it to be very insightful and useful. I joined the course for both professional and personal reasons. It felt like a safe space that some of us, including me, could talk about our own experiences of mental health without feeling judged. I was also grateful to receive the handbook which is great to have to hand and look back on should I need to. I have recommended this course to my colleagues who I believe will be joining up in November. Thank you to Patrick and Rachel for their time and for being so accommodating.
I found the course very informative, although I predominantly work with those over 18 this course has been valuable and has given me an insight into areas I might not have been familiar with. This also raised some issues which I could relate to personally so was good to have the experience to talk about. Thank you Mel and Chris
