Would have liked the Amenities to be working, heating, coffee machine Lady on reception very abrupt and rude.
The course was very informative, good balance of discussion, instruction and activities. The instructors were supportive and responsive to the mood of the group given the nature and content of the course.
Excellent course , Sophie and Cheryl delivered the course brilliantly , it was perfectly divided between practical and theory with lots of participation from all who attended.

Really great, insightful course that i'll use in my day to day life - at home and at work. Layla was fantastic trainer who really brought the subject to life with professionalism and sensitivity. One short 'crib sheet' of links to the main support resources and organisations would be really helpful
