Really enjoyable and informative

Excellent course

I found the course very good but think there should have been more emphasis on mental well being of the first aider, especially after an event. Not a whole course but steps to take as in debriefing etc.

It was a great course, despite being online. Classroom in person would have brought more chat and anecdotes, but Stephanie managed the breakouts rooms and promoted interaction really well - thank you!

A very enjoyable and interesting course. The content was in depth and very interesting. Before the training my overall knowledge in this area was very limited and this course has really helped me to understand situations people may face in their life and how I can now assist and offer help knowing that I have a good understanding and valid information from doing this course.
