Really good informative course, helpful, supportive and instructive

Course was very informative and exactly what was needed! David was perfect for delivering the course!

I found this course very interesting. So many facts to digest and very well presented. I enjoyed it immensely, especially the webinars where we had some constructive discussions. I look forward to using my newly-obtained skills in this area and hope I can play a part in someone's time of need.

Steve was very knowledgeable, we were able to ask questions as and when they came to us. He provided time after each session when we had a break if anyone wanted to stay and chat about anything that may have been sensitive to us personally or that we were affected by. I really enjoyed the course, I found it was well planned and I like it was split over 2 days
