LOVED the course immensely! Learnt a lot about conditions and symptom's I hadn't given much thought to-I would have liked to have had some more insight around Anxiety and panic attacks and how to calm, reassure and protect during an attack as well as after-care. I feel that maybe we could have covered some children's mental health from age5-16 as I feel there are more signals to children needing mental heath support. It's a valuable course
