Very good course. I would recommend.

Excellent course and learned a lot throughout.

Course was helpful, would've liked to practise talking scenarios in person more. Was more reading/writing and listening than practising ourself how to speak to someone in a crisis.

Very well delivered and informative course. Good balance between content presented and tasks/discussions. Learnt a lot and now feel a lot more confident supporting those in mental distress.

Thank you for two informative and well organised days. The trainers were incredible at making us feel comfortable considering the intensity of the course. I felt the real life examples were helpful and we were all able to relate the content to practical situations.

I really enjoyed the course. Both Mandy & Sam gave lots of real life examples to bring the training to life which was helpful. We were all encouraged positively to contribute & it was great to hear from a wide variety of people & their experiences. To enhance the training even further, it would be great to have more college-based scenarios and how to use ALGEE in those instances. I am feeling much better equipped to help people in a crisis as a first point of contact. Thanks again!
