Really informative and straightforward delivery

The course was well structured and informative. Pauline also engaged with all the members who attended the course ensuring we were all listening and participating with the topics. There were some good suggestions shared for mapping the customers journey which could be used to support the Lessons Learnt process carried out on our clients' projects.
