Patrizia made me feel very calm throughout the rest of the training. Very informative and explained everything very well. During exam prompt me some questions to keep my brain going. Would do all my training with her if i can

Very worthwhile course and the trainer (Rita) was excellent at engaging with participants. Could possibly benefit from being in person but understand the logistical and financial implications if that was the case.

ISOH Course was delivered and pitched at a perfect level for my current role. Really enjoying this course, the trainer instructor gave good examples from his experiences and references online. Training course would benefit from being face to face as apposed to online via Teams
