A very intense course with a lot of information to take in as well learning how to formulate and get the most out or the answers provided however, a very rewarding course with huge amounts of valuable content that can now be applied to my current job role. Many thanks.

Occasionally trainer would break up slightly. This seemed to be when slides with moving graphics were up. Rita put us through our paces but for our own good.

Brilliant course that all managers should have to participate as mandatory training.

Really enjoyed the course, good info & great energy & knowledge from trainer. Feel that for social workers it could be more beneficial to have more direct topics. Some details on slides a bit outdated in terms of language used.

Well structured course with exam preparation included.

The course was well delivered by a very competent instructor, this is difficult in the teams environment which I generally do not enjoy as a medium to receive training. I would have benefitted from some example answers as I am finding it difficult to apply the correct level of detail, whilst managing a limited word count. This is a demanding course and I am concerned about the time between ending the training and sitting the exam as I will have various work demands to deal with in this time period. Rita is a credit to the team and delivers all areas clearly and in an engaging manner, good trainer.
