The trainer was a good teacher who used copious examples to teach

Very informative and a good mix of activities, discussions and presentations

Learnt lots of new important aspects in relation to mental health as a whole. Was good to relate some of these to myself as well. Marc was a great man, delivered it so well and was very understanding and informative.
