Thoroughly enjoyed thus course. It was very informative and very helpful

The course was very engaging and informative. I enjoyed all the teaching and felt like I learned a lot. It was good to work alongside those from different sectors and hear how we all manage challenging behaviours and difficult conversations.

Lee was brilliant in delivery the first aid training today. He went into lots of depth for the information provided, and answered any questions we asked fully. Appreciated the additional information he gave us, as this will benefit me in my nursing home.
