Pat was good at her job. I have ADHD, so it is really difficult for me to concentrate, she made sure she kept things interesting. she was understanding as well.

It was an inspiring learning. A lot of things that has been confusing is cleared to me. The tutor is a great at teaching, the training was lovely all through that I didn't get to feel bored. I really enjoyed it, thanks for the organisers and Patrizia, you are a great teacher.

David made what could be a dry subject interesting, rather than just going through the booklet provided he explained clearly each and every step as we made our way through it, even using examples from my own work environment, the fire service, to help make the understanding of the material easier to absorb.

Very interesting training for my job. I’m very great full because I’m Spanish speaker and I could understand everything about the curse. We could learn and share a lot of experiences. Thank you Helen you are great!
