Pauline was engaging and knowledgeable, I found the course very useful and I have taken a lot from it that I will hopefully use in my day to day working.

Pauline is a very engaging trainer and brings the material to life in a fun and interesting way. Having a session with all library staff was very interesting as we could focus on specific issues we could all relate to. Thank you for the really interesting two days.

Overall, a very good course and the trainer, David, has an excellent knowledge of the subject. Negatives of the course is more about the medium , i.e. Teams. I find it far more beneficial to be face to face in a classroom to receive any input of information. I tend to have a longer attention span, and can focus better on what is being said. Also the PDF format of the question paper is, I think, not great. The question paper asks for 'Ticks' but I had no way of accessing a 'Tick' to answer questions, so had to put a 'X'. The txt boxes were different format to the Mock Question papers sent out, so it took a bit of time to adjust to that. Also you have to save the paper to your desktop, fill it in. Then hopefully it saves it, and hopefully the fully saved PDF attaches to the email correctly when you send it back to the trainer for marking.
