It was a good experience for me to attend the training. I had lot of doubts till now as I started the job only in 1month. But now I understand many things about the care especially moving and handling. Aliastar was very good and he uses the technique of group discussion which was very good .

The training is very educating and concise, however adding more visuals to the presentation will improve the delivery.

Thought the trainer was helpful. Thought that with the first aid was slight repetitive due to some of the videos being on the e-learning.

Very helpful and interesting on dementia effects people

Patrizia is an excellent trainer, very engaging and cheery. The subject matter was fascinating, and despite me not being a carer - I found it very fascinating and inspiring towards my own role, and how I can change things to be more inclusive to our dementia-effected service users.
