Enjoyed the course, role play was difficult, trainer was very knowledgeable and created good training atmosphere.

A very informative course, well delivered. I feel better prepared to deal with the MH issues my team colleagues are likely to be facing. The course also made me reflect on my own feelings and thoughts and how I bring myself to work.

Just two points that would change this course delivery from the tutor from good to excellent, just being constructive, I did enjoy the course and found the tutor to be very knowledgeable on the course subject. I definitely learned some things from attending. 1) a very 'shouty' style of delivery which was quite jarring at times, if this could be softened up a bit the course would flow better. 2) while anecdotes and stories can liven up a course there were really too many stories given by the course tutor I thought. Also when asking people for their personal stories there was no teasing out or asking about those stories which I thought given the course content wasn't practising some advise of the course i.e. listen to others and give them the chance to talk. Just immediately launching into yet another story of their own after people had shared personal stories.

Found the course very informative..a lot of it ldidn’t know some I did ..the trainer was easy to listen to and kept it interesting .

The issued precis did not match the presenters slides - added to a small amount of confusion

Lots of content in regards to the various Mental health illnesses strategies to use and support links if you require to signpost.

Really in depth and useful information delivered really well by Donna. Could possibly use some more interactive elements to break the time up.
