Patrizia was approachable and welcoming of any questions throughout the training and at the end. It was interactive and she utilised a variety of teaching methods which I believe made it more engaging. I believe the course was comprehensive and met my expectations. I believe the statistics used were shocking and helped me to put into perspective the prevalence of ABI in the UK. I also enjoyed the anecdotes.
