The course delivery from the trainer was very informative, it was clear Rita has knowledge and experience in this field. I felt the course would have worked better in person, as this would allow for further discussion with colleagues. Also in terms of breaks from the screen, I felt these could have been longer. 15min in the morning and 30 min at lunch, I felt was insufficient time away from the screen. Lastly i felt the time restrictions on Homework submissions was to tight. After sitting on a call all day and having 2 hours to submit homework was unachievable a number of times.

The course is very intense and involves a lot of after-hours study. It would be a better course to be face-to-face in person. The trainer was very knowledgeable in the subject and was a great help
