I enjoyed the course which was delivered at a comfortable pace. David managed to make what could be a quite serious course fun at times. If I was to be critical of the course my only complaint would be the fact that the course is conducted via teams I felt it lacked interaction and discussions with the participants at times.

I found the course really beneficial given my current role within the Scottish Fire & rescue Service. The course was run well, even given the fact it was on "Teams". David's delivery was excellent, and he even found time to email me out of hours to check all the course work had been delivered. Cheers!

I enjoyed this course. A lot to cover in 1 day. It would be good to do in a classroom environment as inevitably there are IT issues. I have some take aways from today and Amanda was very good at giving us things to think about after the course. I will recommend to colleagues to attend

Really enjoyed this course. Initially I thought my knowledge was very basic however the more the course ran, the more I realised that my knowledge, things I do, strategies that I use were spoken about. In addition, the course provided me with different scenarios and experiences from various services and provided me with ideas and food for thought in managing my team better with issues relating to mental health Thank you

Really informative training session. Provided better understanding of signs for stress/mental health and ways to support staff team. Amanda was excellent trainer whose knowledge and experience this area shows. I enjoyed getting to meet people from other departments and learn different ways in which managers themselves are trying to support staff wellbeing.

Great course content, and kept engaged from start to finish. Plenty of ideas to take away and enjoyed seeing the collaboration between employees, long-term and new-starts, describing how they approach things and have similar thoughts on how Sidey can improve. Thanks Pauline!
