Marc was great, could be more beneficial delivered as a classroom session but online the pace and interaction was really good.

Marc managed the course very well and pitched the right tone, which given the subject matter is really important. He managed to get through a few technical issues without losing pace. I don't think that the formatting for the coursebook helped, the two page view with animations meant that I had to view it on a large monitor. A standard one-page PDF format would have allowed me to use my laptop to view the document and made studying more comfortable. That said the contents of the course was informative and worthwhile.

Issues with technology majorly impacted day one, and this would have been better with more breakout sessions and probably delivered face to face. Content overall was good though

Both Patrizcia and Alistair made learning applicable to our roles and fun to be a part of. I had a great time learning and feel ready to begin teaching myself. I would highly recommend Supportive Solutions to anyone looking to train instructors. Fantastic effort with such stylish trainers! Thanks a million guys!

Both tutors were very knoweledgable and enthusiastic. Easy to understand and generous with extra time for explantation when needed or asked for. Gave constructive feedback. course material was well presented and comprehensive. Able to keep the focus and attention of the class. overall and enjoyable experience

Having been on a project management course before, which was very dry and in my opinion, only coached you to pass an exam at the end, I found this course to be the total opposite! Suzanne's delivery method was fun, engaging and informative. By using project examples we created ourselves, it really brought the subject to life. I feel that I left the course armed with practical tools for successfully managing projects! I highly recommend this course

Trainer was very knowledgeable and made everyone feel at ease. They answered all questions and prompted thoughts and ideas. Project management isn't a complex as I originally thought. Would highly recommend this course and trainer.
