I attended train the train, unfortunately I missed the first day due to work commitments but managed to attend the other days! Luckily I have my train the trainer so a refreshment would have sufficed. My trainer made this work for me and I was able to successfully pass my qualification! I learnt a lot, I learnt new techniques I had never been taught before and will use these in my practice as well as training. I enjoyed the course, was very nervous about the micro teaching, but whilst doing it I felt relaxed. thank you for training me and enduring I passed.

Well delivered and learned some very useful information which I'll apply to my current role

Pauline made the course fun and interactive which was excellent as the subject could be mundane. The course content was really informative and will help me a lot when i complete appraisels.

The course was excellent, with easy-to-follow and easy-to-digest theory put into practice. The team conversations were inspiring and insightful. The trainer was energetic, entertaining and experienced in this field; the time flew by without a dull moment.

Pauline was great at delivering this material keeping the whole room interactive with the content all day (Good laughs in-between also which makes the training much more fun).
