Very interesting course more than. What you think it would be.

Really good tutor but Feel could be less talking

course was good, refreshed my knowledge on training needs analysis, trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful and took time to explain to others what it means

Very informative

For someone who had no knowledge of the course and was surrounded by a lot more experienced colleagues/managers, it was very daunting for me. However, Pauline was very interactive and made me feel confident and just as important as the rest of the team. Speaking out loud to people is not something I am great at but I felt like I excelled in this yesterday by the help of Pauline and team mates. I learned Methods of training, KPI, SWOT and loads more. If Pauline was teaching all courses, I would pass with flying colours every time! it was an interesting and beneficial course for me.

Pauline is very straight to the point, which I loved. The team here have come back with a spring in their step and bringing new ideas to the table after every course. The motivation from those team members is very clear to see.
