The training was very good but, because it was a one-day course only, too many topics were covered, forcing us to move on before having fully memorised the signs for new material. However, the teaching method was really good, with repetitions and role play exercises. The tutor Lorna McIntyre was excellent, as was the interpreter. It would be beneficial if funding was available to make such BSL Introduction course part of Police Officers and Police Staff Induction course or the Equality and Diversity course.

Was a good course but more geared towards office staff rather than being out on the street but overall a good course & excellent trainer

Patrizia was friendly and very informative. Patrizia made the course interesting and I felt that the course benefited myself and the team to carrying out manual handling correctly and safely. Thank you for your time 😊
