Best course trainer I have had, he made it feel like we weren't learning sometimes but there was was a lesson in what he was saying.

It was a fun and interactive course. This kept my attention during the course which enabled me to learn as much as I did from the course.

When someone mentions HSE you can feel your own eyes start to glaze over,but Luke made the subject interesting with his humour and knowledge.

Excellent trainer, excellent materials and excellent delivery.

The course was relevant to my work and I was able to use examples from my experience in order to clarify points. There were lots of examples of theory (eg graphs, acronyms, accounts etc) which were posited as guidance and strategies for change. An improvement could have been the addition of some concrete examples of change implementation (e.g. for communicating change and getting buy in - perhaps a video of a change consultation taking place?). This was an enjoyable session.

The course is very useful and entertaining. They give very useful advice and let you have a chance to reflect on how to deliver a message of change to different audiences in the best manner.

Sharon and Andrew delivered the course content in a manner for all to understand. Their knowledge and delivery enhanced the content. I have enjoyed the course and it has provided a good update on my knowledge of change management
